Shipping and Delivery
Our Network of the best product manufacturers across the United States (and in one case, Canada) help us to ship direct to you from their warehouses. Delivery times and methods will vary from product to product, but the following general rules can be expected as our minimum of service:
Items noted as stock items will deliver in a broadly-predicted seven to ten business days by standard ground. (Our regular customers know some items arrive much sooner, but we never apologize for better results.) Large or heavy items and bulk purchases may be shipped by alternate carrier. Never hesitate to contact us for special rush orders, specific delivery information, or custom shipping quotations, either by phone at (800) 870-3746 or by this link: special service email.
Custom order items will be carefully tracked through production and delivery. Some custom items may require up to two weeks before shipping, but we will expedite when possible. If more information is needed, please send shipping questions email.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. You will not be automatically subscribed to any email or other mailing list. We encourage you to delete any email which you did not specifically request from us or any email which is not a result of the ordering process.

Return Policy
ErgoTrading.Net, in agreement with the manufacturers we represent, provides assistance with warranty service based on individual product warranties. Please send email for warranty assistance.
We cannot guarantee the suitability of any product to any specific application, and do not offer products for trial use and return unless specifically agreed upon in advance. Custom manufactured items will not be accepted for return, and are eligible for defective replacement only.
No refunds are issued and no exchanges are accepted after 30 days; shipping charges are not refundable. No returns will be accepted without proper RETURN AUTHORIZATION provided by our customer service department. Please contact Eddie at (800) 870-3746 for assistance. Some specific products and ALL unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion.
