User Privacy

Please note that even though Office Athlete® collects statistics that can be reviewed and printed at the individual user level, this information is stored in encrypted files for privacy protection. Individual user information is not automatically reported to any collective data base.

In some multi-user corporate installations, a "Manager Report" is collected to permit review of 'average' statistics among users in a corporate group. No information that can be tracked to any single user (i.e., name, computer location, or individual statistics) is included in this report, and information files remain encrypted at the user level.
