A bent neck posture occurs when you let your head tilt to one side as you work. If you tilt your head to the left, you put extra strain on the neck muscles on the right side of the neck and compress the muscles on the left side. To correct this posture, sit with your head upright and centered over your shoulders. A copy stand can help you keep your work at eye level.
